Posting Clerk for our Orlando Billing Center. In this position you will be responsible for posting all payments into IMBS, Rotech’s proprietary medical billing system.
Essential responsibilities include:- Verifying information for accuracy
- Posting patient line items
- Processing patient payments and refunds
- Reviewing posting audits
- Processes transfers to/from other Rotech companies and locations
- Enters, audits and posts offset line items
- Other duties as required
Job Requirements :
- Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications
- Fast alphanumeric and 10-key typing speeds (10,000+ ksph)
- General knowledge of internet navigation and research, e-mail, fax transmission, copy equipment, and medical billing are essential
